I reached my first big lifting milestone today by benching my body weight. This is big for me because when I began roughly 9 weeks ago I was so weak that I could only bench 70 pounds, I look like a stick figure. Next stop is benching 200lbs.

Keep it up big man. If you want to bench that much you're gonna have to do some serious eating. Make sure you're getting enough food!

I was trying to get my bodyweight to 200lb by the end of last year but I'm hard stuck at 190. Feels bad man
