More and more people are abusing alcohol and marijuana and are obese. And people rarely have physical hobbies, even just taking walks in the evening isn't very common. Also people don't drink enough water and eat too much fast food. Even if people cook at home a lot of them just heat up ready shit loaded with sodium and preservatives. On top of caffeine and other shit peoples bellies are like toxic waste dumps, then their skin and hair look like shit, so they use tons of supplements and cosmetics that make them worse and give them other issues. Luckily I'm perfect none of this applies to ME of course
