Do you respect rules and tradition? Do you think everybody should strive to follow the same life path of getting and doing the same things at the same age and should feel bad if they haven't?

Having a well constructed and cohesive society and culture is good, with clear, apparent and achievable milestones. Having a sort of social pressure to reach said milestones is fine.
But, this implies a lot to go correctly, and the brokenness of people to not corrupt the society.
We either have something like this and try to produce good people
Or we don't and barely produce any good people at all

Isn't one of his rules to stop comparing yourself to others?

It really depends on what you mean by tradition, and how exactly you define it. As a broad concept, traditions are required. Or else everyone is incapable of learning from the flaws of previous generations.
Traditions are birthed by an elder passing down knowledge on how to attain or do something. Things are done by specific methods, and some things, specifically related to personal growth are highly traditional.

Rules are a separate concept altogether, and neither one of these concepts tell you that you should follow the same path as everyone else. But, it is absolutely vital that you "do some things" by a certain age. There are cutoff points for things, and you literally cannot fully develop as a person if you're lacking those vital aspects.
This is why so many people suffer from Peter Pan Syndrome and will likely never grow up. They failed to integrate some aspect of knowledge in their teenager, or earlier, years and now they're stuck at that level of development. They swear up and down that they're fully developed, but the moment a slight issue arises they lose their shit.

People have warped ideas about what tradition and rules are actually for. People have become so disconnected from reality, they don't know why the walls that protect them exist.

This dude is a Christian atheist. He is so mixed up both in his philosophical life and his personal life that you have to be either a fool or a Christian heretic to follow him or his worldview

I just consider his worldview, just like I consider many things, you know?
