Historically "dumb" people have dominated low intelligence/high power tasks, while "smart" people have dominated high intelligence/low power task. This causes an equal multi-beneficial relationship, despite there being a majority (dumb people) and a minority (smart people). This proves that IQ is really depend on the other A problem arises when there's people that aren't really good at physical labour decreasing productivity, or analysis/engineering decreasing efficiency. Because they're essentially leeching all the benefits of both "smart" and "dumb" people, while actively hurting everyone including themselves.This ultimately results in both "dumb" and "smart" people's population to decline while the mid people's population grows, causing mass efficiency and productivity loss which will result in large periods of population recessions.
