I can only get interviews but never job offers. This social humiliation ritual of having to sell yourself is vomit inducing. I am made to dance like a monkey when the interviewer has already mentally decided I don't have enough heckin' personality. Fuck

and it's extra black pilling when I see recruiters say they picked a candidate because of their personality even when they're less qualified. I even saw one have a fucking conniption because they weren't impressed with a candidate's answer to being asked about their hobbies. It's not enough. It's never fucking enough. All that time in college means fuck all if you arent a social butterfly. Guess I'll resign to fate of dying to the elements and homelessness
