It's best to use a browser profile just for 4chan and turn off the disk cache (only memory). I have a windows laptop (11 unfortunately) for work and a chromebook with galliumos (Ubuntu based) on it, as well as an old win10 laptop as a TV slave with the big TV downstairs, and an old imac I acquired from an old job as a TV in the bedroom. Torrenting is done on the TV computers. Anything needing office I do on my work laptop and the chromebook is fine for anything else I need to do. There's some dodgy cunts about online too. I spent ages torrenting Diagnosis Murder, the screenshots looked fine then they turned out to be terrible VHS rips from someone's telly, almost unwatchable. That's when I just imported the DVDs and decided to just expand my physical collection. A lot of the obscure shows I used to have on my Plex server I now have physically in better quality than I could find on public trackers. Even when I found DVDrips of some older films, they were usually compressed to shit.I only really torrent anime and manga now, mostly because Nyaa is pretty reliable and has decent stuff you can't find on Crunchyroll. Don't buy physical media anime much, it always seems to be overpriced.

Ironically it's the people with the nice friendly dogs that even bother to mention that their dog is in fact friendly. I like the chocolate Labrador, it lives in a posh house, comes out and licks my hand when I deliver there, doesn't bark either. If a dog is going mental barking because there's someone at the door it's not safe, not suitable as a pet
