Second half corrrr. Cam on Newcastle. Also nobody uses that word in 2025. What are you, like 70? Lmfao. A lot of current "problems" are simply the last thing people are allowed to complain about.
I guess that's why you can scroll through Facebook and see people seething about the lack of restaurants, or whatever. What they really want to say is "I hate trannies and brown people", but they know they can't.
This is why "incels" and "gamers" suddenly became such a hot topic a few years ago.
This is why people get mad at those kids for not smiling enough, or whatever the fuck.
>>

from that lass's videos and the Tumblr chat i always of the mindset Tumblr was for young'uns and past my time, but it was created in 2007 and the Yahoo! buyout thing happened in 2013? wow.

far from the progenitor but i do associate the pro ana thing with Tumblr. became aware of it when a friend (we were both 19-20) was into it. and even THEN i thought Tumblr was just the new Gaia, those types of people. fandoms. check your privilege. die cis scum.

honestly i think that's just how they cast films, rather than a reflection of reality. you could have a suave leading man in his 50s but then the ingenue love interest has to be a woman in her late teens or early 20s.

i mean the reality there would be that these men have gone way longer single. Sid James is a top shagger, but not married yet? and just many deaths/divorces has Humphrey Bogart gone through? (bit sus tbqh.)

He only impersonates other posters when he knows/thinks they are in the thread and there to read it. You lads ever clean your phones? I tend to do it a couple of times a year when it's visibly gross. I had some crusty crap on it, probably cum from last night's spaffington. Given it a bit of a scrub with one of them antibac cleaning wipes and now it's clean as a whistle.

Kind of gross how many germs all our phones must be covered in all the time, since we touch them all day with whatever we've been doing.

still need to watch Carry On Cleo but i feel obligated to watch Cleopatra first. they reused a lot of the sets and costumes so it LOOKS like it has really good production values.

>>
>>82646133
I'm now realising all of this heavy social control shit we're living in was Tumblr's way of trolling.
4chan was the male brained site, and so used to troll people by calling them names, posting shock images, generally being obnoxious.
Tumblr was the fembrained site, and their version of being vile and antisocial was to form little cliques, and then violently expel anyone who didn't go along with whatever stupid shit they were claiming to believe in in that exact moment of time. Or to approach non-aligned parties, and say "fuck you, you're a bigot", "bake the cake" etc.
>>
>>82646305
I do understand it, I definitely think I should clean mine more but I just forget until it's visibly unpleasant. Probably for the best.
>>
>>82646328

good take tbqh. at the end of the day even the weirdos were just having fun. i'm sure there were plenty of teenagers who are now just gay or transgender adults (fine) and have 'settled down' a bit.

but i think the genuine, pernicious keyboard warrior shite moved on to Twitter. can't even take the piss out of yourself (let alone another group) lest it be wrongthink. only jaded irony is allowed.

it's all pretty lose/lose even as far as pseudonymous internet posting goes. i might have liked an artist or a writer and they had a Tumblr, but i never saw a Tumblr and thought 'wow, what a great blog, i'll be sure to check out their posts!' (i don't even think you could filter original posts vs reposts, weird site)
>>
ayy lads, anyone know about these "free money" apps?
How's all that work?
>>
>>82645877
Like all things lad, it got more expensive and worse quality. Burgers are smaller, chips are S H I T, all for a few bob more. Back in the day when my folks were poor KFC was a rare treat we could afford, doubt they would nowadays if it they were in the same position as then.

I just make a point of getting it once every week so I have an excuse to leave my boxroom and go for a drive and feel like I live a life that isn't actually 18 hours a day staring at screens.
>>
>>82646471
Could mix it up a bit lad? Get something other than KFC.
>>
>>82646449
the bad thing is a lot of it moved into the institutions, and the police force. "SJWism" somehow is actual state ideology at this point.
At least it's dying, slowly. Only after it has ruined potentially thousands of lives, and left a death toll in it's wake.
>>
>>82646479
I'm out in the sticks mate, they're all a bit shit.
Dominos are expensive and rubbish. Subway is fine but I found they're chatty here and I'm too socially retarded for it.
There's also a maccies next to the KFC but it's funny cos the KFC is completely dead on an evening, then the maccies is fucking rammed and there's nowhere to park.
So yeah I could, but the price/quality ratio of anything round me is just a bit shit. I miss being in the city and deliverooing all the restaurant shit in.

I basically moved to the sticks due to random circumstances, to rent for a couple more years to big up the deposit. I always insisted I'd go back to the city as I missed the convenience of everything.
Eventually though when I started looking, the city had nothing good and here had some okay places for decent prices. Still kinda regret it but fuck moving house again for a long while.
Maybe one day deliveroo or whoever will come here and offer more than the stuff that's 5 minutes walk down the road anyway.

cant talk about christianity without a bit of temple OS now can we?

Risen: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hmjU-6tkEc8

''This is one of the oldest songs. I picked the random name "risen" and said to God "Oh, you're ambitious," thinking it was an epic name. He laughed and gave an epic song!'

''It was generated. Terry Davis considered random numbers to have significance from God, so he created a little program that lets a user set a few options (octave, rests, etc.) and it would generate a simple hymn''

that tune was created by god, kvno

I fink a lot of addicts in particular alcohol nd opiates r like christians in waiting As its a compulsion to feel peace that we tend to be outcasts that nobody cares about so nobody tells u that there is a much better nd more real way to feel peace Thats good for your life instead of ruining it Nd thats why ppl go to AA nd become religious I dont fink Its like they decided to Its like they were shown what was inside them frm the start in a way that is relatable to them instead of jst being lectured about it by grown ups as a child etc. I was jst lucky that I had my aunty but it Still took me many many yrs of being too proud in the first place to even listen to her I fink when ppl hit rock bottom they will be more willing to listen as when youre doing well nd proud you dont care what anyone says about ur life as its going well in your opinion. Nd basically aa/na does a good service in that respect

>>

love you to bits crossy but i HUMBLY DISAGREE. glad you have faith and if people are on the fence and religion is for them i think that can be wonderful.
but if addicts are in that boat i think they need to get well first, then discover religion when they're better. does just feel exploitative when religious people swoop in.
i mean if you want to help people because it's right according to your religion that's great, but the AA/NA system of it all feels like it's an American model solving a problem we don't/shouldn't have here (we have the NHS).
plus they do have their claws in more than i'd like. e.g. getting council funding that has to be a 12-step programme but it technically doesn't have to be AA/NA, but why not AA/NA, might as well while they're around...? :))

also the history of it all is a bit weird even in the US. AA Bill got chummy with Aldous Huxley and all them, 'oh maybe LSD could get people off the drink', 'no Bill you can't say that! that would be Taking A Drug, which we are AGAINST.'

yeah that's a fair word for it. did they ever revise it?
felt daft, like i was being punished for past decisions (i think i'd done a BIT of prayer/magic, mostly prayer, but wasn't a pure cleric or whatever)
tried to think of it as 'well i'll just see my level differently' but it actually had a mechanical effect in the game, against other players.

i think 'min/maxing' comes from tabletop RPGs though. definitely remember it as D&D term (mostly from /tg/, although i wouldn't be surprised if it's older than that)

Wildy has a long history, it has been removed/disabled a few times I think, there's never been much reason to go there for regular players, back in the day it was mainly for runite ore, clue trannies and a couple training methods like that place for magic, pvp was basically just griefers against those, also scams/lure bugs and rwt for a bit during the trade limit era

the actual number did just ruffle my OCD/autism feathers. my level 45 wouldn't be 'your' level 45.
i remember a few revisions to how the wilderness worked, just remember there limits (either actual or social-agreed ones). not usually a fan of games being super mathematically balanced even if they're competitive/multiplayer, but it took ONE of those griefers to ruin your day.

me, i mostly remember sticking to some cave with a lesser demon. slim chance of dropping a rune helmet, i think it was. always had chill players, that cave.

When i was a teenager my aunty ws like my second mother everybody saw us like that as well nd i always hepled her with anything if she asked she knew that if she ranged me I remember she said "I know if you say youll do something for me I can trust you will do it even if its a week later" nd vice versa unfortunately as i got older sometimes we drifted in nd out as I became rly selfish nd self centred nd felt like my mental health was the be all end all nd idk i spend a lot of years isolating in my room Nd I did also feel like it was better for other ppl to not be around me which Almost passes for being considerate when your that selfish but its just self serving I was serving myself nd the devil only at that time.I fink i was rly possessed for a few years.I know last year i was possessed a number of times 100%.Nd its a familiar feeling.Neway.It sux.I always assumed she would just always be there. She was such a stable nd reliable secure part of my life Which is something am desperate for in life nd its in short supply. But she was so much that you jst assume its always been there nd always will be there. So i had someone so special nd took it fr granted nd then it was too late.I wish i could say sorry.Am happy that we adopted her wee cat thats now my wee cat so before she passed away She didnt have to worry about what would happen to the cat as she rly loved her. However i wish i could say sorry that i wasnt a good nephew anymore.
>>
The thing is,See when i was in primary skewl a wee lassie in my class died we was only about primary 1 or 2 so not rly old enough to understand it that well rly Nd i remember the guy came in to talk about nd I always remember him saying this "She went to sleep and woke up next to Jesus" i found that was an intriguing thing to say as i didnt really understand what it meant nd what that would mean to happen. The thing is now,,when my aunty passed away At least i know the priest did his stuff nd more importantly Even though my aunty was suffering nd i wasnt a good nephew for her anymore i know that she met Jesus that day when she died nd I imagine that since she was a christian for her entire life more strongly than most ppl that shes in a place now where shes much better off than here.Idk its hard to explain but its good.

but when there are NO results and it goes, "that's a photograph of man holding an umbrella and looking at his watch," how IN THE WORLD???

it's so backwards to all my internet instincts tbqh. just grew up with the idea that computers/the web is good with text. but now it's not even LITERAL text, e.g. googling "clickteam" OR "multimedia fusion" + game + before:... (etc)

I had hoped I would be safe up norf, but I've been on school open days recently and they're all full of rainbows and books called 'my two daddies are black'.
I would love to home school my kids but I don't think we can afford to.
>>
Imagine getting home schooled by a mong like crossy, great start in life lmao
>>

>>
State education is so bad/such a joke/nothing but indoctrination at this point that home schooling probably doesn't make much difference desu.
>>
4chan not letting me upload files so I'll have to provide proof at a later juncture. If I make it to the mountains that is. The driver is overtaking everything no matter how small the gap whilst also texting on his phone. At one point he put his phone down to make the sign of the cross kek
>>
want to sit on the floor and above me is a woman with her legs spread and she shits and pisses on me while "accidently" stepping on my balls and penis with her high heels from time to time

Home schooled kids get better GCSE results.
>>
>>82653185
He just tried to overtake two full length coaches on a blind corner. I'm shitting myself
>>
>>82653193
Doesn't surprise me desu. GCSEs are just about memorising very rigidly constructed test answers. If you're a normal kid going to a normal comprehensive then you'll be surrounded by mongs throwing shit and shouting and whatever distracting everyone else, plus you'll be surrounded by friends and really you know deep down that GCSEs don't mattter or mean shit so you don't put in the effort you should.

If you're being home schooled you just work through a test paper and then brush up on topics you didn't get full marks on. An hour for the paper, then another hour for more memorisation. Whole school day done in two hours. No distractions, no mongs shouting in your face, no teacher who can't control/isn't allowed to control the class desperately trying to go round each student and answers questions etc.

Reeves insists she wont do it. But Labour is the party of u-turns so who knows
>>
>>82653237
She refused to give a straight answer when asked outright:

It's going up.
>>
>>82653240
Reeves echoes Starmer's words, assuring that the commitments around VAT in the Labour manifesto "do stand".

As a reminder, Labour's manifesto promised to "not increase taxes on working people, which is why we will not increase National Insurance, the basic, higher, or additional rates of Income Tax, or VAT".
>>
>>82653227
Seem to remember VAT getting cut in 2008 to help the economy.
Wonder how increasing VAT will also help the economy.
>>
>>82653255
It won't, the point isn't to try and have a prosperous, thriving economy (for which only reducing taxes helps). The point is to plug holes in the government's fucking dire finances so that it can try and keep up its tax + spend + borrow model to keep chugging along until the next fiscal crisis in a couple of months. It's the definition of short term planning and will only make things worse in the long run.
>>
>>82653255
Was cut from 17.5% to 15%
>>
Strange, I work for 3 schools and go to various other schools now and again and they're not covered in pride flags, theres a few token LGBT books in the library and sex ed lessons consist of trannies exist, this what they are and generally the lgbt kids are bullied so most hide it. Wondering where all these indoctrination schools are where kids are brainwashed into being gay and trans?
>>
>cut VAT
>economy picks up
>"Okay well the economy has picked up, enough of that now, time to raise VAT back again."
>economy loses all gains mad by lowering VAT
Treasurybrain is terminal in those it afflicts.

20 quid used to get you a bag of weed, baccy, rizla and snacks, now it won't even get you the baccy

Glad the great minds of britfeel are here to solve the financial issues of this country. Can't wait for them to run to be MPs and make Britain GREAT again!
>>
>>82653301
The implication here is that MPs know what they're doing, when we have decades of evidence to the contrary.
>>
>muh VAT
>>
>>82653255
politics mate
I've done work in the public sector and we had something where organisations got switched up in the 2000s "to save the taxpayer money"
then in late 2010s they went BACK to how it was "to save the taxpayer money"
the real reason is they were all useless and shit no matter how you did it

Government is spending too much, that's the fundamental problem. Used to be able to afford it all because it was mostly costed in, then wasn't costed in but we could afford it because we were rich, then we stopped being rich but we could borrow to cover the gaps, now borrowing is becoming more expensive so they need to ramp up taxes... and on and on it will go until we're zimbabwe.

They never once stop and think 'hmm, maybe this isn't so good in the long run' and try and stop spending. They're addicted to spending. But the problem with democracy is that you can't elect parties willing to make the cuts necessary because spending buys votes, so you end up with what amounts to a quasi civil war in some respects. That's what we're in now.
