Hello friends
>How are you doing today?
Not so hot. I still miss her a lot but I'm resisting the urge to reach out or make any more blogposts. I think I might try to go dark, or at least just post stuff that isn't sad. I think things are getting easier though.
I mostly just spent the day sleeping, I had a dream that I was cosplaying as 2B. Somehow I don't think I could pull that off irl.
>Any plans for today?
I still need to make food but I'm lazy.

Afternoon /cat/.
>Any plans for today?
Working on assignments and going through my anime/movie/book backlog. Record of Lodoss war, Storm of Steel, and Dog Day Afternoon are all on the list.
>When was the last time you hurt yourself?
I drew blood last year in November, only managed scratches since then so I don't count it.
>Why did you hurt yourself?
Frustration with my direction in life and my shortcomings in helping my family.
>Is there anything bothering you right now?
I woke up early with 5 hours of sleep due to a nightmare. It was related to a band I've been listening to (The gerogerigegege), and it was mostly gore and gross sex stuff. Woke up screaming silently with my teeth grinding for about 5 minutes after. While it was terrifying at the moment, in the present I'm more annoyed by the time loss. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oNfYhXncbFQ

>>83187420
>Hello friends
Hallo discanon
>least just post stuff that isn't sad
Assuming you use your blog as a journal, you really should. When I write in my journal I write only the most interesting thoughts I'm having or purely clinical reports of my day. Basically, I'm writing so when I look back at it years later I'll be able to get a holistic look at my past self without also being boring. If your blog is just made for venting then it'd be painful to look back on without logging anything else about you beyond being depressed. My old one was sorta like that, and reading it makes me more sad and pitiful of my past self than anything.
>had a dream that I was cosplaying as 2B. Somehow I don't think I could pull that off
Was a cheetah in part of my dream today. With cosplay I think what matters most is your faithfulness to the costume and your physical build which are both malleable. There was a discussion on /cgi/ about this I think.

>>83187470
>ate some tortillas today
Maaaaan I haven't had any food with sauce in days now I want tortillas
>>
>>83181440
>just not my crowd.
i hear ya. People you're around at school even if nice, tend to be pretty focused. If you're at a smaller campus, which even mine was, less oppurtunity to meet people you might have anything at all in common with. Usually have to put a lot of effort in if not actually physically living at school
>never worked a job
ah well even more so wishing you luck. Things sound calmer where you live than here, so should be fine.
>halfway state for another 20-30 minutes.
and you feel like you're seeing it still the whole time? That's kinda crazy. Usually I snap out of it quick, but also because I'm panicked and preparing for a fight to the death with the machete I keep in the room with me in case someone breaks in

>>83179992
>can't understand how people do that.
probably a broken record at this point, but i feel so bad after drinking I don't why you'd want to. Some drinks I like, but I just can't drink so much. Even at drinking events, I'll down 2 beers and be like OKAY that's enough
> simple most of the times
also are usually older equivalents of modern day ones, so I'll just the modern usually. Good to know what's out there I guess
>what would holidays be without that?
i've had some of those and usually quite peaceful since the trouble starters lie about being sick and don't show up
>resort cabin again
ah thought you might. Exciting. Sounds like a nice little break and hope you do have a nice time
> hard to get all that plot and character development in a few hours of movie,
at the same time, also usually less of a time investment to get to the same high points, but like you said, bad writer fails to do that, whereas series at least you have time to get invested even if it's not great
>>
>>83180115
> and if it isn't tracked, it's usually gone.
even tracked stuff will go missing here many cases since those places have such churn, it's not like the people will mind needing to disappear if they grab a few iphones out of it. Don't think it's that easy to point fingers at a particular person and like I said, certain locations are known to be worse for this
>didn't offer a tracked option, even though it would have been an order of about 300$ or more
that's just nuts even discounting something being stolen, just seems careless no matter what way you look at it.
>>
>>83187470

>did something more happened in it?
I was walking around a big mansion but I don't really remember why. I might have been undercover doing something.
>do what you feel your need to do :]
I think I'll continue to post what's on my mind, but I'll try to keep my blog more or less sanitised. I'm not 100% sure if she knows I'm here so I'll probably stick arond.
>so you wanna talk about something cheerful?
I'd be happy to.
>what are you going to make?
Pasta!
>I decided to spend this caturday on chilling and I ate some tortillas today
Sounds comfy.

>no one here minds you blogposting if it helps
I meant on my own blog, but I'm glad to know I can keep posting here.
>I know I could only pull Emil's Automata look
I might still be boyish enough to do a 9S. Maybe.
>I'm making some stew that will be done in 3 hourish
How do you have the patience?

>>83187659
>Assuming you use your blog as a journal, you really should.
I have my own (paper) diary that I write in every day. The blog was just transcriptions of it, but I've done some longer-form stuff. To be honest I only made it so she could read my entries because we used to share them, and now it's being used for exactly what you it is, much to our disappointment.
>I'm writing so when I look back at it years later I'll be able to get a holistic look at my past self without also being boring
That's what I do with the paper one. It's interesting reading stuff from a couple of years ago and seeing how much I've changed.
>Was a cheetah in part of my dream today.
Did you go fast?
>With cosplay I think what matters most is your faithfulness to the costume and your physical build which are both malleable
Cosplay's a bit of an awkward topic for me now... But I agree.
>>
>>83187763
>Which rhythm games do you like
Maimai and Music Diver. Though I'm better at the later than the former (and smashing a screen with drum sticks is kinda cooler than using your hands). I've dancing games but eh not doing those often
>I meant on my own blog
whoops, my bad. Honestly assume the 4chan meaning more than actual blog meaning since don't hear many people doing those these days
>enough to do a 9S. Maybe.
I could honestly probably do papa nier really well since I'm built enough for it not look wrong. Suppose that's not one of the more popular characters in that series lol
>How do you have the patience?
not too bad. About 30 minutes of actual attention needed to be given, rest of the time it cooks on its own. I make a lot of slow cooked foods like this and it's a lot of fun, but easy enough to do, just need to plan ahead

Calmer yeah, but the job situation is worse than the states. Grass green etc
>and you feel like you're seeing it still the whole time? That's kinda crazy
Yeah pretty much, I can slightly sense I'm waking up but the dream goes on anyway.
>I'm panicked and preparing for a fight to the death with the machete I keep
This is also kinda crazy, is the area hat rough or are you paranoid? Better safe than sorry either way, but it's weird you got that instead of a gun given you're American.
>>83187967

Not really, I was mostly scrapping with a lion in a university lecture room over how he moved the desk (which was the pride rock from lion king) out of place. Funny reprieve from the rest of the dream.

hmm you mean in terms of jobs available? or overall quality? Varies a bit state by state here of course.
>sense I'm waking up but the dream goes on anyway.
as long as it's not too weird or creepy I guess not bad. Know that's a lot of people who the sleep paralysis demons describe things
>area hat rough or are you paranoid?
part paranoia, but home invasions happen and some areas not far away have had them recent enough. They usually avoid running into people and there easier targets in my area that seem more worthwhile but still.
> instead of a gun given you're American.
guns laws in my state are very strict. Can still get one, but also limited with what I can get easily and options are either very clunky or expensive. Handguns are a whole other thing in terms of background checks. I've been saying I'll get one fore a while, but waiting till I have a little more cash saved up

Yeah I was, in one part of the dream a video cable made of flesh dug into my feet and projected gore videos into my vision. The visuals persisted for a bit after I woke up too, real scary. Rest of thw dream was just stuff like that, wasn't pleasant but it's interesting how music affects dreams.

yeah, my job has been effectively trying to get me fired. cant prove it, but theyve been treating me so weirdly and purposely setting me up to get written up. oh well, at least my dental and medical are covered by state insurance so i dont have to worry about paying for those.

>what about hamsters?
I might just about have space for one. I'd have to ask my landlord if I'm alright to have one.
>why did she say?
The blog was pretty cryptic but I think the gist was that her shrink told her not to write anything.
The email was a bit of a pep-talk I guess. Just a sentence.
>but I'd say I'd probably be best to not message her at least for now
Muggins over here sent a short reply back saying I was trying my best and hoped she was okay. Couldn't help myself.

>but I just can't drink so much.
pretty much the same for me. i don't feel like i could actually drink so much you could consider me drunk anymore.

>are usually older equivalents of modern day ones
that's true. some are a bit too strange even for my taste, like the apple-cheese pie, but usually, as you said, you can find a modern version that's a bit more palatable.

>i've had some of those and usually quite peaceful since the trouble starters lie about being sick and don't show up
always the best option when those take themselves out of the equation. less trouble for you. :>

>Sounds like a nice little break and hope you do have a nice time
thanks. i hope so, too. don't know why it shouldn't be, but you never know.

>also usually less of a time investment to get to the same high points
that's a good point, but that also means less time for me to get emotionally invested in everything.

>bad writer fails to do that
i guess it all really depends on the execution. good movies are good and bad movies are bad, but sadly we get more of the latter.

>>83187749
>even tracked stuff will go missing here many cases since those places have such churn

>Don't think it's that easy to point fingers at a particular person and like I said, certain locations are known to be worse for this
that's pretty much the problem, though in this case it was supposed to be delivered, was redirected to our store and there the tracking stops, so it shouldn't be that hard to find out who the delivery guy was, but then again, everything is so fragmented and there's so many contractors involved, that there's just possibility to force anyone to do anything.

>I did some uni stuff and now I'll just watch some yutube
well done. :D found anything interesting? i just finished diablo today. was fun, though i didn't like that the quest to kill diablo is on a 1 hour timer now. if you don't have killed him by then, he reaches full power and gets buffed so much you can't kill him anymore and have to restart the game for anothet shot... luckily i managed to cave his skull in with a mace before that happend. :D

>hbu?
i'm good. yesterday i went to a friend and we started a narrative opr-campaign. first game was me playing dark eldar against two of my friends, who played ultramarines and sisters of battle. the game was a draw, but i lost way less units and even accomplished some secret objective of mine, so we'll see what out gm will come up with. today i just played some diablo, checked out vermintide 2 and now i'm just watching some stream. not a very exciting day.

>>83196864
>I didn't leave the house today but it looked nice
it can be nice to head out for a walk when it snows, but i'm more than content with just enjoying the calm visuals.

>I think it's saturday lol
maybe because it's still yesterday's thread?

>I'll see u some stuff lately
looking forward to it. :>

>oh so you could easily waste a while hour
yup. especially if i hadn't looked up how the quest works now. it's a bit more involved and if you don't know what to do, that's it.

>good job
thanks, but it wasn't too hard. i found a weird mace that increases it's damage based on your level and also has 100% increased damage against demons for some reason, so that guy didn't really stood a chance. i suspect this weapon will only become obsolete if i play the game again on a higher difficulty, but i'm good for now.

Install NVAC (New Vegas Anti Crash), the game has maybe crashed for me twice in hundreds of hours of playing with it even while nodded. You can get it on Nexus Mods, installation is straightforward but YT tutorials are still available.

Could be. I've not needed to use my AC unit the last few days since it's cooled down now. Although it's back to being quite hot again this next week.
>maybe you should get a small dog and convince your landlord it's just a big hamster!
I know someone else in the building has a Shiba Inu puppy. I saw it in the elevator the other day. It was very cute.

That's true. I held back a lot considering I could have vomited out anything into that reply.

i'd say so too, but in this case i don't feel like there have been any hints as to how to solve certain puzzles (at least they weren't obvious if there were), so i just looked it up. i'm also not someone who gets mad about getting something spoiled.

>maybe you just got lucky?
well, yeah. i found that mace (loot is random), so that was really lucky, but i also made sure to have a high enough hit rate and elemental resistances. some other enemies were a much bigger problem than the big baddie himself. ^^ it was the first of the difficulties though and i heard that it's basically impossible to beat later ones with my char at all.

>>83197713
>ncr guns build
Guns are probably my second favorite, I like building around unarmed the most. It works really well with survival since a lot of the foodstuffs related to the skill buff unarmed. That, and punching out deathclaws is fun. NCR is fun too cause they have the most quest depth, but I dont really like them (or anyone) as an option for the Mojave. Wish legion was more fleshed out since as they stand they're kinda just evil and stupid.

i still got the old manual somewhere, but all the quests in the mod are cut content or heavily altered to recreate the ideas the developers had back in the day and that had to be removed due to time constraints. though i fully admit that i might just not have paid ebough attention and the hints could all be in the quest monologues.

I heard this over and over actually, even with things like tech people would prefer coming here based on that alone. It probably again depends on area. not like it's particularly troublesome for me either. Just those who can't resist blowing up over everything

garbage gets rewarded with sales these days. Good movies might attract genuine interest, but does that translate to sales? Too much incentive for Hollywood to do what makes money, but people who actually care will still try to make art, even if it isn't winning big at theaters.
>just possibility to force anyone to do anything.

Starting to remember why I dropped Starfield again. Gameplay is decent, but I forgot how little I care about the world and characters in this game

It's a very confusingly named energy drink.
>hope it all goes well!
Hopefully. I've been getting distracted on one hard project a lot. I felt like I needed to write it down to keep my goals straight.
>sounds pretty cool
there's a lot of loosely planted ideas and dramatic irony set up in George's writing. Thereby leaving room for a lot of fan speculation.
>do you like the show?
No.
The first 4 seasons were okay. The rest was just the writing team giving up.
The Books are better.
>why is he homeless? that's sad
He never made that much, so he mostly lives off his girlfriends.
>what kind of knife did ya get?
Small dragon themed dagger.
>>83206590
hi office anon, how are you today?
>Guess stress of knowing it's a short week and gotta wrap up fast in my case
Oh God, going out for food is near impossible right now. The hoildays are like a blessing and a curse.
>you make that you like post online?
There's a lot of fan theory streams I watch. It's like a weird unpersonal book club.
>Probably overthinking unless there's more comes to mind
Probably. I'm just trying to make more friends right now and it's having mixed results.
>what did you want to do?
I was going to put together a quick witcher custome. Carrying the swords in all black seemed like too much.
If I knew there'd be a heat wave, I would've just done a star trek shirt and pin.
>These things look kinda fun but never keep track when events happen and don't realize when they were till after they're over
Yeah it was hard for us to organize. We couldn't agree on a weekend. One of us bought a ticket for the wrong day. We had extra's because my Mexican friend was gonna bring her family and they either had drama or were afraid of ice showing up. It was crazy.

Looked it up, looks cool. Brings me back to middle school with the steampunk thing, used to be really into it back then. Was to the point I themed my presentations in class around gears/steam etc. We need more steampunk in the mainstream it's way too rare.

>>83205929
>always like the look of those old wooden Russian origin guns. I always wanted mosin nagant, but not really a practical home defense
Yeah, real.
>Get time to go to the gym or no?
I will after lunch today. Class was only n hour so I made it home not too long after my last post. Hoping to get the ball rolling again with 6AM gym, since I've been out of it for a week now. How're your workouts going?
>what was it about?
Extremely all over the place, I'll give jot notes for brevity. Learned how to transform into an armored titan super saiyan great ape, fought my way across a highway fighting 2nd generation cyborgs, returned to my homeland in peace, and something about "trve hvmans". Wish I had normal dreams, you can't draw any conclusions from mine.

>>83206375
>how are you doing?!
Pretty good. Yesterday was a waste again, but I'm optimistic about today. Working out should cure some of my restlessness and make rest of the day easier. Short day as well, so I'm already home.

Yeah I need to go do more this season with my girlfriend since she likes Christmas but was too busy prepping to go back home last year to think about it much, but haven't that through yet
>trying to make more friends right now and it's having mixed results.
I hear you. It's been on my mind lately as I tried to reconnect with some people and realized mostly everyone is too busy. Trying to figure more I can do to get out again
>quick witcher custome. Carrying the swords in all black seemed like too much.
that both sounds really awesome, but also like you said probably really draining and probably for the best.

best of luck with that. It's tough. I used to do it, but can't imagine getting out the door to work out at a gym that early anymore. Hard enough time even getting up on time when I don't leave the house
>How're your workouts going?
been pretty good. I'm more relaxed about work past few days so sleeping better and gonna try to push my luck increasing weights this week probably since I've been kinda plateaued a bit but in a good enough place to try.
>Extremely all over the place
lol no that's completely fine. Sounds very entertaining and fun to say the least

Thanks, the hardest part is definitely the weather. Not looking forward to waking through knee high snow in sweatpants... As for getting out the house, your life sounds too busy to even have too much time for that.
>gonna try to push my luck increasing weights this week
Good luck with it. If you can't up the weight up the reps etc etc
>Sounds very entertaining and fun to say the least
Mixed bag, it's more fun to recall and laugh at the absurdity than to actually experience. The dreams being so weird make the nightmares even worse which also sucks.
>Lucid dreaming
I've thought about trying this but I think I'd go insane. Deliberately fucked with my brain enough more than I'd like already. What kind of dreams did you have, and what's lucid dreaming even like?

A lot slower than I like. I can't buy my own food so meal planning is less looking for the best and more just making do. No greens limited meat and limited fruits is killing me...
>o I didn't know there was halo on pc
The first 2 halo games received official PC ports, with the 3rd having it's port (a Russia exclusive for some reason???) cancelled. All of the games came to pc some years ago through a game compilation of halo 0-4. The OG halo PC port is still the greatest since it has custom mapping and dev tools packed in :D

I think when this happens it's best to do something active. With the hope that the release of cortisol will either help or just be a distraction from pain.
>>83214247
hi anon
>nobody to watch is a fate worse than death
I don't think you ever needed someone to watch you cut yourself. maybe you wanted them to because it was attention. But now that it's gone, all that's left is the pain.
Do you think that pain is truly permanent?

at least you can save a lot of money that way. well, depends on what you're drinking, i suppose.

>there's a reason the modern versions have developed the way they did
a lot of reasons. sometimes people are cheapskates, sometimes they'd rather do it a faster or just more convenient way and in some cases it even tastes better. ^^

>especially vs some of the very old recipes
another interesting factor was mentioned in the comments to the corn pudding recipe: max botched the first attempt and was convinced he must have done something wrong, but a guy said that the modern corn was cultured for maximum yield and lost a lot of positive cooking traits in the process, so it didn't hold together because of that.

>Just those who can't resist blowing up over everything
some people just know how to push the right buttons and others are just happy to oblige and get in an argument. good to remember that you can always just say nothing and do something else.

>garbage gets rewarded with sales these days.
that's what i don't get. why are people so happy to just throw their money away for nothing? even worse actually. nothing would be preferable a lot of the time.

>people who actually care will still try to make art, even if it isn't winning big at theaters.
i think we also see that a lot in the gaming industry. turns out there's a lot great devs and studios when you finally step outside the aaa treadmill.

>Nothing you can do these cases but give yourself a headache
best i can do is shrug and tell them to get in contact with whoever send the package. those guys can actually make the postal service go and look for it, but for some reason a lot of people simply don't do that and just sit and wait for shit that never arrives. it's odd.

True, though thats secondary to why I lift. The main reason is to cope with restlessness, getting stronger and healthier is just a nice bonus.
>why?
No job + we cook as a family not for individuals. Wouldn't be cost effective if we all made our own meals.
>it helps the game live longer
Valves been the best with that, still having fun with l4d2 even after beating all the campaigns on advanced. With that game theres a million client side mods for all the visual stuff. Theres a buncha server mods/maps on the workshop as well.

Learned today that I was super psycho for like, a year and a half. The entire period is blurred completely from my mind, and I only now remember bits of it from family mentioning it. The "me" that did all those things and me now are radically different people, so I don't even feel like I did any of it. As consequence, I also feel zero guilt over all the evil I commited. I should feel more bothered that I don't feel any, but not feeling guilt doesn't bother me either. It's strange. Anyone ever experience anything similar?

Rotting online too much, talking to the wrong people, being an outcast etc. I could give a laundry list of excuses but theres nothing that'd really justify anything I'd done. I was evil, and if I met my past self I'd hold no empathy for him.
>hope you can stay this way

>i don't feel too bad about anything after a while
This is fine for me when it's truly out of my control, but when my guilt dissappears I hate it. I wish I could feel guilty forever, but I feel sinless. Cause without guilt theres no remorse, and without remorse I'll never have the resolve to make amends. I guess thats partially why I'm so hung up on not being able to cut myself, cant force myself to experience consequence otherwise.

>hi dinon!
Hello!
>maybe get one of those doorbell cameras? at least you could check what's going on when things like that happen.
The spooky thing is I have one of those. I have to buzz anyone into the apartment complex when they make a delivery, but they just showed up. I also have a peephole but they'd ran off by the time I looked through it.
My best guess is a neighbour buzzed them in and they went to my door instead of theirs.

then download the.z64 from here

and put the z64 into the sm64coop folder
Done!
quick and ez

technically the sm64 is for coops but you can play alone no problem
the difference is that the main menu looks different from the original but you just click "host" and you can play and it works normally

at least you're not falling for that scam. ^^ i'm sure you can make a good deal on some stuff here, but i don't really need anything right now, so i'll just pass.

>no wonder i never liked shopping for new stuff lol
i've always hated shopping, especially for new clothes.

>i hope at least you can get time off during christmas, my gf cant which sucks
yup. my parents got that small cabin in a resort and we'll stay there with family and some friends again this year. looking forward to it. :>

>i cant really uhh think of much noteworthy about it but its been nice
that's all that matters. noteworthy just a nice word for catastrophic anyway.

>ive had to do an embarassing ammount of grinding
well, congrats on getting those airplanes anyway. time to have some fun. :]

>end of the war wunderwaffe germany developed are a really cool topic to me
the history of weapon systems in general can be quite fun to learn about. in hindsight it's often quite funny as well, especially when you realize how many institutions and egos are involved in something that should be a rather technical process.

>i like most for no good reason
some things just catch your eye and that's it. no reason needed.

>i wonder how else they would have developed it had the situation been, well, what it was
what's the story? don't know much about it.

the only time i do enjoy it is when its silly stuff i actually like, for example ive got some milsurp camo i like to wear and somehow got on my hands some army boots (which kinda suck) for free , and as a logical person, use them as my dress shoes pretty much, as all my other shoes are roughed up
>small cabin in a resort
sounds great
id be looking forward to it if it were me going to it too
>noteworthy just a nice word for catastrophic anyway
thats a nice way to think about it lol
>often quite funny as well
wunderwaffe happen to be quiet funny but also quiet interesting when you think of the thought process they had when making them
thus having a special place
>what's the story?
i meant more so germany ending up losing the war in 1945
what if they didnt lose then and the war was prolonged? what if they used their shiny new tech earlier and developed them further? stuff like that
the me 262 a1a is like a regular jet ig but there are also some other versions like the me 262 c2a or c2b which are equiped with jet engines but also rocket fuel for extra boost (see the me 163 komet for some interesting plane design)
if they had more time, what other crazy stuff would they do with their stuff?
>you can always change your name

>feeling guilty won't fix anything, just don't be mean like this again
Nothing would change, but it'd be just. I've traumatized basically my entire family several times over and gotten off scot free, evil like that shouldn't go unpunished. My guilt is a pittance of what'd be necessary to make things right, and I can't even spare that. It'd be one thing if my family still hated me but it's actually the best it's ever been. I'm not hated and life is good, which is unjust.

>>83217295

I would and do.

I know, which matters since I'm the only one who cares to make things right.
>can't live in the past forever
If it were just my past mistakes affecting solely myself, sure. But to allow myself to brush everything off so easily is a disservice to everyone I hurt. If my mistakes hurt someones future maybe I should live in the past. Not that I have the choice on account of the no guilt thing....

I'll be honest, I never quite mastered it to the degree some people claim you can (the whole idea you feel like you're awake and can do anything you want). I only got to the point I could interject by willing what I wanted to see in my dream. It was during a low point and think I used it to visualize dates with anime girls. the problem I guess it any advice they give could be wrong. She must perceive value in doing so (which i also could see the benefit of potentially for now). Just make sure you consider what advice is given against what you tell. Most people don't share everything and therapists can't read minds, so they only have what you tell them to work with

we both want to get cars and we will 100% abuse them most likely so a job will be needed, i want a bmw 518 e34(or 318 e30) and he wants a bmw e36

That's what happened, but it still doesn't seem fair to have gotten this without suffering more. It's whatever now, I'll find a way to atone someday.
>I'm not sure I could do it
I think I'd manage if I put in more effort, my works easy just time consuming.

>yep yep
did you go to the courtyard across from the basement yet?
> have you played daggerfall?
not all the way through, but a little bit. Morrowind was my first game, but Daggerfall is neat. Much more over forgiving obviously. Lore is kinda interesting since it's the game TES was starting to develop it's identity, even if more things got fleshed out later, the core of it was there. Also slightly generic feudal kingdoms with TES slant was kind of a fun world even it was very procedural

it's the one I played the most online, but I cared quite a bit about campaign since I played co op campaign a lot and did prefer 1 and 2 for that.
>AR still sounds like plastic
never cared much for AR. Was more into the BR and dual wielding SMG's while mindlessly hopping around
>what kinda side projects you got?
I do app development and maintenance for a couple projects. Eats up a lot of time and can be stressful, but it's paid off in some ways, just not others
>I tried doing that years ago
i mean it's a lot of effort. I was doing the thing where I would be writing down whatever I dreamed as soon as I woke up in order to remember. That's one of the big things they suggest doing as you work to it. Starts making you dream more vividly, which worked since I was 3 or 4 distinctly vivid dreams a night at the height of it.

>what's the holliday?
Thanksgiving, aka turkey day. Kinda nice start to end of year. We basically consider the day after to be start of Christmas season at that point here, so christmas and decorations start immediately
>until one time ghost appeared
did you find the hidden ghost world tho? :o
>was skyrim
the case for a lot of people. I'd have a hard time ranking them honestly. Morrowind is always top for me, but both Oblivion and Skyrim both have their plus sides for me. Oblivion the quests were much better vs skyrim had more polished overall gameplay and combat
>climate of skyrim more
I think being focused entirely on one climate(it's cold everywhere but different regions within that theme), it had more specialized sub biomes which was cool and interesting in a way, where as Oblivion had more variety but less overall interesting traits to them.

i have been feeling strange lately, especially yesterday, yesterday was so painful
but i guess things will keep going up and down sometimes
i think im feeling lonely right now, and uhh
some things need a lot of words to be explained, it hurts to know that it's almost impossible to unleash some of my feelings to someone, but that's how it is i guess
it's been a weird period overall, i just unconsciously got better and healed a bit of my feelings, but it's still so bad and it hurts a lot, something feels so dry and it makes it even worse. i think my mood swings were clear even here lol

then germany would have also been nuked at some point. in the end, that's the only capability that mattered.

>if they had more time, what other crazy stuff would they do with their stuff?
didn't hitler send those to britain as bombers and got a lot of them destroyed that way? doesn't really matter what your engineers and scientists come up with if your command is insane and wastes your assets for nothing.

>shit does dry out your skin horribly and cause crazy weight gain

>have too much going to do the crazy multi day steps unless they're quick
that's completely understandable and there's a reason why multigenerational housholds where a thing for so long and still are in a lot of places. cooking well for a family actually is a full time job.

>tis the most genetically modified of the crops if I remember correct so kinda makes sense
well, any crop is genetically modified from it's earliest forms that where basically inedible and even the not so bad ones down the line need a lot of techniques applied to them to make them not so bad for human consumption. fermentation, nixtamalisation, soaking in salted water. the list goes one. one of the reason for our generally bad health is that we ignore these things because it's too much of a hassle and too expensive to implement on an industrial scale. at least according to the industry. :/

>often fully intentional for the laughs
which then sparks an even bigger argument. it's a viscious circle.

>more incentive to find these with them charging what they are now

i never liked french or german, spanish is common and lame, italian is fine but boring
that left me with russian
i also like dutch but theres no reason to learn it lol
i just, grew an interest for it and since i already knew greek and english it would be somewhat easier to learn it (or so i thought, i recognize loanwords but thats not nearly enough to help lmao)

Wouldn't know actually, probably harder to measure progress across that many people.
>doesn't mean it doesn't lessen it's value
It's less about it lessening the value (even if it does a little) but more it's commonality making it more just a standard and less an actual hobby. Like in countries where cursive is part of school, writing cursive isn't all that special. Same idea. I should pick up my guitar again but I got no money for replacement strings...
>the fun of getting into sword fights where you're countering the other person
Real actually. There was a gamemode on halo 2 I think where everyone had swords and shotguns, was super fun. Shottys beat swords out with timing, but if you missed you got owned by the sword.

>isn't all that special.

It's sporadic. Some history stuff, some sci-fi stuff, some thriller. I don't have a running list and mostly read what I find cool on a whim.
>I don't notice a disproportionate number of extremely fit young people even among gym goers
True actually, so I guess you're right with the amount of people making any meaningful progress being low.

True
>like what
Video editing and martial arts. Video editing for AMVs and other fun projects, and boxing specifically for martial arts. In fairness I haven't given Video editing much of a fair shot beyond the absolute basics, and martial arts wise I still shadowbox and practiced with a rice bag. Still, would be a lot more enjoyable with a proper computer/formal training.

>How are you doing
Annoyed at myself for waking up late. Alarm was set to 8AM and I got outta bed around 11. Going to start putting my phone on the other end of the room so I'm forced to physically get up and turn off my alarm. I'm really feeling sick of college now and just want it to be over, the commute pisses me off endlessly. 2+ hours every day of the week packed in with people I hate, nothing worse than it. I'm hardly antisocial but the bus is just that agitating, even with my music playing and journal in hand. The worst days are when my battery dies and I forget my journal, so I'm forced to see and hear everyone on the bus. I don't know how anyone manages it.

hm. let me think about it. work is very stressful right now, i often feel tired even though i didn't do much, i only manage a single workout per week and that's bugging me quite a lot. can't keep up with people as much as i would like. i suppose most of that are more like symptoms of the burnout than the reason, but everything just feeds into everything else.

would be a nice change of pace if they weren't :<

Couldn't be happier that I'm out, college sucks. The learning was fun for about a semester but this second ones been a drag. Not helped by me toeing the line of failure for the past 3 months...
>;w;
Honestly I got off light, if I took any program over a year or any program with international students I'd be in debt for life.
