mate A texted me half an hour ago saying she's been awake for 30+ hours and can't sleep, she had a zolpidem but they don't work for her.she's very sensible with benzos (has a xanax every 2-3 weeks tops) and asked if it's fine to have one since those DO help her sleep.i said probably, or you could try more zolpidem (she doesn't have work tomorrow), but what if it's not fine what if i have killed this woman???
Ngl low key there is too much caramel in Roses. Its a bit overwhelming/sickly when its in everything. Quality st is more balanced. Roses strawb cream is v v nice tho.
