Me? Making my onions-three-ways hotdogs for dinner. Sausages in the oven until lovely and brown, basic hotdog buns and then buckets of onions cooked three different ways: lightly fried, caramelised and crispy. The lightly fried onions are cut thin but long, still retain their curved shape, cook in a pan until translucent, place on the sausage as the first layer, then dollop on the caramelised onions as a jammy sticky layer which then holds the final sprinkling of crispy fried onions.Fucking LUSH.
