Corporate realized interesting atmosphere meant costumers didn't get in and out as fast, and they might have even developed hopes and dreams, all terrible for profits and the clown world order

If they could switch entirely to mobile order to go only, they absolutely would.
Fast food places all want to get out of the dine in business but they're entrenched because many have been around long enough to own the land their restaurants sit on.

Germany ain't got a single McDonalds within city centers/reachable by foot. All of them been forced to close beginning of 2024.

mine was a drive in theme (like pic but not exactly) with a bunch of car booths and gas pumps, but a few years ago they tore it down and mad it an industrial box
