One of two things would happen. Anthros would either evolve into only needing a fish based diet because they'd rather not kill each other or war and slavery would happen which I think is more likely to happen. The anthro races that are prey will become enslaved by the prey races. The predator races will lock all of the prey up and raise them into becoming food, but in a way that wouldn't make them extinct. There would be fresh kill markets on the streets

For a world where humans and anthros coexist with one another, humans would only eat non-anthro meats. There would be street markets for fresh kill meats for the anthros and regular stores for the humans
