this happened to me with some playing cards i wanted to re-purchase that are apparently totally out of printthe playing card fad is kinda dying now that covid is basically over
>>12000444Some people still really like playing cards, like annoyingly way too much
>>12000442literally can't buy anywhere else>>12000444and...you were on amazon?

>>12000440interesting story, but who are you quoting?
>>12000451yesthe only place i could find this deck is used on ebay or sealed decks that went for $50+, when i was just using them as regular old cards for my bat fuck insane board game:https://a.co/d/hpiHJLpthe first edition was cool as shit, the jokers were holographic, which directly inspired a game mechanic - a joker isn't worth suited mana you use to activate a spell, but it's worth 1 wildcard soul you can you use to pay the cost of a spelli've been through 6 packs of these things, the first edition, legacy edition (where the jokers weren't holographic anymore), then second edition, and the cards have just got so worn out that i can psychically recognize them and it throws the gameso the black ghost has been changed to the enchanted cards which don't get shuffled into the deck, and i used some circle stuff i had lying around to create a new pentagram of protection out of the double-sided card, and found different black face cards to use for evil's shuffled cardsthe deck off to the side is some cards that mommy sakai got me 2 christmases ago i never needed to open that i'm customizing for [chess4s], because the other cards i was using are like 3 years old and extremely worn out
>>12000448you would find me extremely annoying (as if you don't already find me extremely annoying)the hobby added up like packs of cigarettes, where it was $5 here, $7 there, but because of the inflation crisis, the price of a high end deck of cards is like $15 now, and i was mostly buying the cards to prototype my board gamei bought a round of cards once this happened to my toaster https://youtu.be/SMaedU5hFHo and opened up a bunch of unsealed cards to completely replace all the shuffled cards in my game that i had been sitting on for nearly 6 months, most of them which i picked up off a magic trick merchant from amazon, but some of them were just stuff i grabbed off the shelf at the walton mart
>>12000440you think that's bad, try finding a frog shaped jelly mould. NOT a chocolate mould, those are small and not designed for a whole jelly. You would think you could find it on one of the chinese sites that sell everything, nope. Not on ebay, not anywhere. I know such an item exists, I had it as a kid, yet noone in the world is selling one.Your fortune: Very Bad Luck
