I seasoned with smoked paprika, cayenne powder, msg, pink salt, black pepper, and powder sugar like chick fil a uses! I also brined in pickle juice all day!
that’s not my typical seasonings, but i wanted to make them taste like chick fil a, and it did almost exactly.
