The Nazis have certainly done it, as has a Communist with Central Asian immigrants. Both of these organizations would call on their members to do exactly the same thing. There is a Marxist faction in Saudi Arabia now, which calls on its members to do exactly that, to commit violence against members of Saudi Arabia's enemies, mostly the Shiites. Which could spark a sectarian war and eventually not only cause the demise of the monarchy in Saudi Arabia but the destruction of Saudi Arabia itself. This is how a ninja would live – right?
