With 2D you have to imagine more, and brain is a sexual organ so it responds to imagination faster.This is also why revealing attire feels more sexy than nudity. Nudity feels biological like a science experiment. Too academic.But all of this should be conditioned by age. I'm sure teenagers get turned by pretty much anything
