The Portal, a podcast hosted by Eric Weinstein, recently published a list of books every physicist should read: http://theportal.wiki/wiki/Read

Thoughts? How does it compare to /sci/'s reading list?

Gigantic waste of time. This kind of list could only be made by someone with zero contributions to physics, who thinks "learning" is the same thing as "reading books", and has never in their life performed a single experiment. Eric probably couldn't even boil water without instructions, and why anyone would take advice from him on anything let alone physics is beyond me.

About as valuable as a "How to Be Pleasant, Nice and Human" book written by an angry lesbian.

Better than /sci/'s list

You didn't name a single thing wrong with the list.

Youre a slave to the system
