Are there any architects or engineers on this board? Would it be possible to build this stadium IRL, or is it impossible for the roof to be structurally sound?

IMHO, planned cities are inimicable to what cities are. Cities are layers upon layers of infrastructure, lived experiences and histories. Rolling out some structure, no matter how revolutionary/sustainable/interesting, and calling it a city doesn't make it one. That's more like a shopping mall than a city.
