If you’ve gotten an official test, why?If you’ve just taken online tests, post results. I’m very suspicious of any online tests claiming to give accurate iq estimates.
For such a long time all of my friends and family would make fun of me for being the idiot of the group or family. But then I found out about random and arbitrary IQ tests online. Its easy! After one easy test I scored an IQ of 160. This is amazing, I had no idea I was so smart! Now all my friends and family love and respect me for being the smartest among them. Thanks random and arbitrary online IQ test!

I’m so smart that I don’t even want to take the test because I know that it doesn’t mean shit. That’s how smart I am.
>>16472241118 FSIQ, 133 Mensa.no, 128 army IQ test.
I found out last night that not only does IQ predict personal success it ALSO strongly predicts prosocial behavior (empathy, team-play, altruism, etc). Smart people are also good people. I always wondered why middle-class people are always higher-quality people compared to blue-collar types. Wild stuff. It’s not about religion, education, class, culture or social pressures — it’s smart vs dumb. A low-IQ population results is a peasant population which is non-productive, incapable of organizing in their own interests and the interests of the nation, and end up just being used as disposable slaves. High-IQ populations are able to organize in the service of their own and the nation’s interests and CREATE advanced civilizations of high productive output AND the creation of social institutions that takes care of the population of not only itself but of others.
>>16472385This simply isn't true. A business is bad if it takes genius to run it because the genius must make difficult decisions correctly. As decisions grow in complexity, failure is assured. You don't understand business, decision-making, or perspective.
>>16472241I've taken those free online tests and gotten anywhere from 110 to 115 but keep in mind these tests are easier to inflate you're ego so I'm probably sub 110
>>16472385This. It's also important to realize that in interactions with high-IQ people low-IQ people always feel like they're being tricked or duped. Things that are obvious to the high-IQ person, like the fact that interest means you might end up paying more in the long run, are lost on the low-IQ person. The result is that they always feel like they're being cheated, or that high-IQ people are conspiring to keep them down.
>>16472595I disagree, the main issue in your argument is the factor of communication. A truly intelligent individual is someone who can effectively communicate with all levels of intellect at that respective level of intellect. The main problem with your argument is that a highly intelligent person insists on communicating with everyone at their level intellect and then throws a fit when they discover that not everyone can understand them, which then brings back into question that person's intelligence. I would say that there is a level of social intelligence that factors into this, but hey, who takes EQ seriously around here right?
>>16472241My IQ is 180I hate niggers and you should too
>>16472720I don't understand. Can you explain it again in more simple terms?
The issue with low IQ people is that they often make broad generalization. They also don't grasp sarcasm or irony.
i was in the highest stannine for cognitive ability when conscriptedstill ended up a neet recluse internet addict
>>16472241My tested IQ at age 14 was 92. I'm now at an R2 university as an associate physics prof.
>>16472385It's a chicken and egg situation. When you're well off it's easier to be prosocial. You won't find poor people donating clothes and money to charities. >>16472720I don't understand your post. Can you try communicating it more effectively?
>>16472241It's about tree-fiddy.
look at this shit, I asked and they said that the test isn't sensitive to IQs higher than 135. It was a german black and white test, like a big book thing. I guess I got all of them right, the online ones with colors are way harderThere were 40 questions I think, only 30 minutes
>>16474699I knew professors were retarded
>>16472241I shan'll'n't pay for one but I got a 135 on that Norway MENSA online pre-test while I was doing it to distract myself from a really bad headache.I didn't take any "real" ones in my teens or twenties and just hand waved similar results on the standard online ones because I thought they were pretty fake and boosted the results to make people share them for more ad clicks.By the time I took it I had already given up on reasoning with people and confronted the truth that I believed them to be more like me than they were and that they weren't "pretending to be stupid to avoid responsibility" as much as I thought, the average person is genuinely stupid by default and their dimwitted apathy isn't affected but usually genuine. But I didn't expect it to be so high on a "real" test.Even if I would do less well on a full length MENSA test in person it probably wouldn't be below 130 just from loss of attention.I don't care what Hawking or anyone said about telling people your IQ, easy to say when you're a celebrity, and also the whole self-effacement thing is as dumb as pride in my opinion. But I haven't told anyone because I don't care and they will just get insecure or fake congratulate me or whatever.I don't really have a reason to tell anyone, I'm not going to pay for the test AND the win bar argument card for damn sure so what's the point?Mostly I was just really sad to have absolute confirmation that the average person is even dumber than I had already sort of come to assume after giving them a chance for so many years. I don't take credentials or IQ seriously because so many "professionals" and "experts" say retarded contradictory shit and everyone backs me up, now I am forced to confront the possibility that maybe IQ is more or less "real" and the average university intellectual is just much lower IQ than me to the point their increased education cannot help them.I cried and had trouble sleeping the night after I took the pretest.

>>16472241I was Mentally disabled and borderline Retarded, but I improved my IQ drinking 1.5 liters of water per day. Now Iam trying to write left handed to improve my Neuroplasticity. If you are low IQ you shoud watch my video.shttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GV4uKuNPy7k
>>16475700I practiced writing left handed as a kid a lot, I just wanted to be able to do it, it is pretty stimulating

I scored 132 on Mensa half a year ago but I unironically feel retarded.I felt somewhat (but not too) smart before covid, but ever since lockdowns started I just feel like I'm one dumb ass mf.
>>16475700That's a funny meme lolToo bad IQ isnt improvable in the slightest and neuroplasticity ends at 25 outside the hippocampus

>>16472241>If you’ve gotten an official test, why?I was given one in 5th grade. not sure why other than I was way different from the rest of my classmates. I was measured at 140.I had a second test in high school. that test results were 170. can't remember exactly.one of the questions was "what is a diamond?"I answered it with "a from of carbon grown under great pressure and over a long period of time, and also some people use them as jewelry. The teacher said everyone else had answered "a jewel".I personally think that IQ tests are mostly geared to people who read a lot, and not super poor. I certainly don't feel like a genius. but after 40 plus years of being around other people. it appears that I am.
>>16472461I took one that gave me 230 so...
>>16474662smart man can explain things so dumb people like you understand.
never got tested formally, I assume it's above the average of the general populace but below average for mathematicians because I'm damn near flunking
>>16472241IQ tests are mostly geared to already educated people, with a good upbringing, and generally not poor.I'm sure someone could come up with a ghetto IQ test that most white urban whitebread people would fail.
I've taken an iq test as part of a psych evaluation and I scored 140. I don't know what test it was specifically since they didn't tell me. I also took several dsm psych tests and was diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia. Both were given by a licensed psychiatrist that works for the court.I took the online mensa test and got 145. People with legitimate schizophrenia are very good problem solvers and great at pattern recognition. These attributes skew iq tests heavily in my favor. I just have a hard time staying on task, focusing on one thought at a time, and have auditory hallucinations along with inescapable paranoia.
Can someone solve this? I got 96
