so if you where to "pause" time for every one expect you (movement of everything) you wouldnt be able to see anything and it would just be black until you unpause
>>

you also wouldn't be able to move around without blowing up your vicinity
>>

how come?

because you would heat up the air around you enormously. At the very least you would constantly be creating sonic booms

and i suppose this wouldnt be wery healthy for my
eardrums

Yes, it would be dark, as light would not be moving. You would get glimmers of lights as you moved your eyes through stationary light.
You'd freeze to death and explode before that, though. The molecules around you would not be vibrating, so they'd be effectively at absolute zero. All the heat in your body would rush out as fast as possible.
And the atoms around you (again, not moving) would impart no pressure, meaning your fluids would boil.

You could come up with any arbitrary set of constraints that would allow you to move while everything else is paused, and it would be exactly as plausible and realistic as "all particles except mine stop moving." So to answer your question, it depends what fictional universe you're in: comic books, sci-fi, JAV, or reddit/xkcd.
