>>16532882I mean basic wound tips like keeping it clean. Avoid harsh shit like alcohol or hydrogen peroxide. Change the dressing daily eat well. Elevate the wound. Reduce swelling. Avoid NSAIDS like ibuprofen or antihistamines IMO but they can reduce swelling and prevent itching. Keep the wound moist. Use creams like neosporin. Other lesser known things like applying a low electrical current.

I read one time that if you mix soil with spit and put it on the wound it works, but I don't know if there's research on that.
