What causes red meat to lower lifespans ? Surely theres something else we're missing, like people who eat red meat are more prone to exert more physical exercise throughout the day and that reduces longevity variably; compared to people who don't eat meat and aren't as "performant"? It just doesnt make any sense foods we grew up eating and evolving alongside with; is bad for us. Correlation doesnt equal causation.Thoughts?
>>16548745raw, bloody red meat is the healthiest food humans can eat. probably the only food you could survive on exclusively and still reach exceptional health. if red meat reducing life spans is a genuine misinterpretation, beyond deliberate jew science mind washing, i think it is in the way it is eaten. when we consume red meat, it is not always a healthy medium rare steak. it is often drenched in melted low quality supermarket butter, cooked in seed oil, and overcooked so much that it looses all nutrients and that the healthy raw fat turns into sour saturated fat juice. being dry at that point, unhealthy sauces are added for the meat to be easier to gulp down.i live in europe and remember how in primary school, even in my zoomer generation, we would be taught to cater our eating habits to the faulty food pyramid with grains at the bottom.
