A trained woman who is fit and calm should be able to easily subdue the average Indian male. For western males, there are always going to be some outliers but the main things the trained woman could have going for her is surprise and calm. The typical soi boi is going to panic, which gives her a chance. If he panics so much that he goes into berserker mode, she's fucked. Even skinny fat pothead guys have better overall strength. No amount of "using your opponent's strength against him" is going to save a trained woman from a man who has gone into berserker mode. There is no equivalent berserker mode for women. There's a "lose her mind" mode for them, but it's very different than berserker for men.
