No, it obviously also reveal the formula for rating unless you don't know basic 8th grade algebra.
rank = ln(rating/525)*23.15
>rank/23.15 = ln(rating/525)
>e^(rank/23.15) =rating/525
>e^(rank/23.15)*525 = rating
rating = e^(rank/23.15)*525
