I dunno, social anxiety is pretty much the root of all my problems so I guess I’m pretty solid mentally otherwise. Never taken any pills or been formally diagnosed with anything. I’m pretty straight edge and have been forcing myself out of the house more and more recently, into church, fitness events, day trips to tourist places near me and I’m getting rid of my glasses in 3 weeks so that’ll be a confidence booster for sure.
