I can understand slice of life content decently well (reading is a lot easier though). I know a bit over 3000 words probably, not sure the exact amount. I just started transitioning to the Japanese to Japanese dictionary and there are a decent amount of definitions I can understand completely (and I mean a few definitions for one word, not a particular word's entire entry, unless it's short).
