I lift as compliment to my sport: competing kickboxing and grappling, dabbling in amateur mma as well.
Cant get too big due to weight classes.

I've been doing Stronglift 5x5 for about 7 months now. Thinking of switching to a different program. Any recommendations?

I'm 5'6 185lb

Nice to see a fellow /heem/er who understands the pain of a permacut. Boxer but also wanna step into MMA eventually but still need to improve my ground game. Aiming for a debut second half of this year, been in touch with a few local promotions who are good at matchmaking for debut fighters.
