Edoardo Cavaliere of Reggiana (Italian Serie B) is Monegasque
>>150407225Monaco is about as exotic as it gets, a country with barely 10,000 nationals that isn't even a FIFA member. Kind of a shame that they aren't in FIFA and/or UEFA, but they would probably be very bad even compared to San Marino, Gibraltar, and LiechtensteinThat makes Cavaliere all the more impressive then. Also interesting to remember that actual Monegasque people are much more Italian-aligned than they are French-alignedA relatively exotic player I can think of is Warmed Omari. He's from the Comoros and now plays for Hamburg in the Bundesliga. While having been born there and being a player for their national team, he was educated in France
Nathan Walker is the only Australian in the NHL, and I don't think there is anyone else at even a decent European pro league level. He moved to the Czech Republic at the age of 13 to be part of a team's academy. Even that's a little strange since the better youth hockey programs are in the US/Canada and he was from an English-speaking country, maybe it was easier with immigration since he would have also had a EU passport
>>150413404I follow the NHL and never heard of this guy but apparently he played 73 games last year. 8G 8A. Good for him tho. That is actually pretty nuts he is home-grown Australian even guys from Switzerland have a hard time making it to the league.
I had a waiter from Monaco at a really nice steakhouse in Atlanta but from him I learned how citizenship works there so he couldn't call himself Monegasque
Nirash Perera of Milan youth team has Sri Lankan nationality SAAR
Hamza Choudhry for Bangladesh, he's technically an england reject but, still a unicorn in the premier league or any european league
Kyffin Simpson, a race car driver from the Cayman Islands
Massimo Bonini, San Marino international with 200 appearances for Juventus
>>150413404>>150416898Australia has a proud history of skate sports and hockey (field) so it makes sense really
Spanish-Italian-Argentinian (but I suppose there are millions of them).
>>150407225damn had too google it, these guys just love to be fancy don't they
>>150413386>Kind of a shame that they aren't in FIFA and/or UEFAIt's on purpose so they can keep having a club in France. With full membership, they'd be required to run their own domestic league and fall on the same level as Gibraltar while having to petition both UEFA and the FFF to still be allowed to have AS Monaco play in France as a grandfather clause the way FC Andorra is still allowed to play in Spain because it predates the creation of the Andorran FA.
Reading has a player named Jeriel Dorsett who represents Montserrat at international level. A Caribbean country with a population of 4500
>>150413404Australia is the best sporting nation imo. They have their own sporting culture, are at least serviceable at the only global team sport, have some presence in golf/athletics/tennis/Olympics/f1, elite in rugby and cricket, and even somehow have dudes in American sports that they don't care about. It's shocking
Tim Duncan is American but from the Virgin Islands
Twins Tomasso and Giacomo Benvenuti, who play for Sassuolo's U21 side, are Sanmarinese
Neil Etheridge, played in the Premier League for Cardiff City for season, known for his world class penalty saves. He represents the Philippines.

>>150407225all these micronations are memes. Andorra’s best ever player is from Barcelona. the country is basically one big duty free ski resort.
