The NFL is the best sports league in the world. Check this:>salary cap and floor. Every team spends about the same amount on players every season. Rich teams can't hoarde all the best players.>draft system. Teams who performed the worst get to pick the best new players first and rebuild.>TV revenue shared equally across all teams>no transfer fees>32 teams, 8 divisions 2 conferences. It just fucking works.>short season, play offs. Every single game matters until someone is crowned champion. The amerilards figure out how to balance competitiveness and keep a sports league interesting 50 years ago. Why can't euro football retards do the same?

Really sorry to break it to you but the NFL is mostly scripted. Its an act for entertainment not a real sport. Highschool and college is the real football.
Salary floors are more important to me than salary caps.
>>150493640I just wish I was an american business person in ad/food/retail industry. I would make billions selling shit to millions of rich consumers. Is it through NFL, NBA, MLB, ESPN, fox CNN, Taylor swift media hustle, I don't care. Media noise, adverts, brand. Keep my sales go and fund my yacht and penthouses. I don't care about sports, but things you do for money can lead a way into.

It just fucking worksthese are all good>play offs.I don't like playoffs much, you can be clearly the best team all year long and lose just one game and it was for nothing, league system would be betterAnother bad thing I'd add>no relegationthere's no punishment for team sucking for years and years, I'd add something like if after 10 years your team win percentage is below say .250 you have to sell the team
>>150493640>TV revenue shared equally across all teamsI would tweak this so that all teams are guaranteed 50% of the tv revenue and the other 50% is earned by good stadium attendance. If a stadium is not 90%+ full then they will lose a bit of their TV revenue. People won't go to games if the team sucks so this ensures that owners have to actually care about building a good team.
>>150496071>there's no punishment for team sucking for years and years, I'd add something like if after 10 years your team win percentage is below say .250 you have to sell the teamIt's irrelevant and unneeded because every game matters and even shitters can beat very good teams surprisingly often. That single loss to the good team might be enough to knock them out of a playoff spot.
>>150496415Maybe, player salary part of tv revenue is guaranteed but all the owner's cut is dependent on team's record
