If the urban youth want to say they aren't obligated to comply with etiquette they are tacitly rescinding their right to receive it. Now no one complies with etiquette and society gets lower trust and shitty as a result. If they want that that's fine. What they cannot do is rescind participation in etiquette then turn around and cry racism when they no longer receive the courtesies they used to.
