I'm not homosexual so I don't watch the EPL. Can anyone explain to me what's going on with Manchester United and why are they doing so poorly? I remember them as a great team when I was a kid
>>150520374They're the arsenal of the epl. Think once protagonist of football turned punchline of jokes due to self imposed mistakes
>>150520374>so poorlyApart from last season they haven’t really been that bad. Won a handful of trophies, CL every other season. A few 2nd place finishes. The problem is that it’s a string of bad decisions that keep stacking up. Mainly being far too reactive when recruiting players and managers. For about 10 years they would buy whatever high profile player they could for massive fees and wages even if they didn’t really fit the squad and the manager didn’t want them. Now they can’t even get high profile players so they are left with has-beens or speculating on young players for whom they get charged extortionate fees because everyone knows they are desperate and will cough up the cash if you wait because they go into each transfer window with no plan.
>>150520374Flopping out of the League Cup is honestly not that bad, they were using their B-Team. Amorim is bringing in a new strategy to an old team, they've been dumping a lot of guys who were prominent last year who simply didn't fit his system. /sp/ and the world in general don't want to admit they're back, because ABUs feasted so much last year. Spurs meanwhile flew completely under the radar and because of a goal or two against United in the memest game of all time somehow maintained composure, but are equally back.
>>150521200>they were using their B-Team.That was their A-Team.
>>150520374>I’m not homosexualBut you’re Thai
>>150521473>tyler fredricson>ayden heaven>slabhead>ugarte>A-teamlay off the green potatoes
>>150533550Oh wow, those were the only 4 A-team players they used? The rest were from the reserves/U18s? No wonder they lost then
