No. Do you people believe in free market capitalism and meritocracy or not? If what you want is for “smaller clubs” to be able to catch up to the “cartel six” then you add incredibly strict salary caps, limits to squad size, and mandatory academy to first team integration but no one, absolutely NO ONE, will agree with that. This is just seethe from fans of two clubs (Villa and Newcastle)
