>>150709882He's a step above AI, Reggie Miller tier, simply because of the Raptors chip. He was surrounded by HOF in 2014, to the point where any top 50 player could have won with that roster. Raptors chip was a nice set of circumstances that hadn't been seen for about 20 years (tail of end Wars dynasty + mass injuries). Kahwi should be a top 15-20 player, but just never was healthy.
