>>150718472>And our coaches only let the kids who pay bribes play on youth teamsthis is one of our main problems as well. when i was a kid, i played for steaua bucharest (now fcsb), but i was benched a lot, barely got any minutes during official games and was eventually kicked out of the club, even though i was MUCH better than any of the other kids. there was a defender that eventually went and played for the senior team, and i used to run circles around this guy in training, he was terrible, but his father was a friend of the youth coach so it didn't matter.i wasn't special either, there were many kids in the same situation, getting kicked/benched in favour of nepo kids or bribesi cant imagine the situation has gotten any better considering fcsb is way worse now than it was 20 years ago
