welcome back
>>
what happened to you taking up football/basketball/volleyball?
>>
Never too late. Good luck finding a contact gym though, they all but disappeared from my city.
>>
>>150874482
No. Find a good gym that treats noobs well. Have an interclub bout and see how you go.
>>
>>150874482
No, you can become a pro and be champions.
Just train your jab and gravitational balance.
Cover your weak sports and do faints.

Dempesy roll is a good finish technique to roll over oponents but you need to go all out.

See everything as a videogame, You gonna start from low ranks.

33yo anon here, just started this year. I'm doing savate though. Just look for a beginner/casual course and you'll be fine.
>>
>>150874482
it's never too late to start something as a hobby, just don't go in with the expectation of excelling.

It's never too late to get early onset dementia. Go for it, anon!
>>
>>150874482
You'll do as well as you are willing to work and learn, like every other activity.
>>
Yes, it’s too late. Anyway, the social contract for men is broken. No point in doing anything/doing anything that can be considered “self-improvement.”
>>
I started at 31, but it was more a way to stay in shape in the winter and because i like boxing

i like to work the heavybag at home and just kind of hone my various punches technique and footwork, it's a lot of fun, but i'm not really trying to fight others or get punched in the face

yes
>>
no, of course not
>>
Couldn't you try some other form of exercise? Like masturbation, or running after women at night?
>>

If he's 35 it won't be early onset dementia, just the regular kind when he gets it. Its a pro move.
>>
>>150874482
No but you'll be awkward as fuck and no matter how hard you try you won't look like the guys on TV. The guys who boxed before puberty have that muscle memory built into them and are naturally fluid

Oldest fighter in ufc world s 42
That Nigerian boxer that went crazy is coming back at 51 after getting out of jail . Hopkins and first arslen fought till they were 50.
Just try. Maybe op can do amateur maybe pro. Which is still better than most people. Remember there is only 1 champ.

>>150874482
As a hobby yeah but proper boxing no, unless you want to be a can for younger boxers to heem

>>
No. I got into Muay Thai two years ago and I'm about to be 34. You're not gonna be as fast or sharp as the younger dudes in the gym but you can still learn. Hope you're still lurking anon, just fucking do it
>>
Never give up friend

If you ever were an athlete and have realistic expectations, no. If you’ve never participated in sport, then maybe get in shape first. I picked up beer league rugby with a bunch of bongs around that age (via my mechanic), but I had played football and whatnot so knew how to move my body.

No look what happened to Idubzz
