You mean he's sitting 7th at targets league wide for TEs, 6th if you discount Kincaid that has an extra game, 3rd on the Browns and he has the most receptions on the entire team and is 23rd in receptions league wide. With 5 players from Dolphins and Bills above him. 5th in receptions amongst TEs, 4th if you don't count Kincaid.

Meanwhile Hockenson sitting at half the targets and third of the receptions Fannin has. And is going to be playing with a new QB this week.

Fannin is not playing as a TE. He doesn't even really do blocking. The worst thing for Fannin in terms of fantasy would be for Njoku to get traded or injured as he'd probably have to step up in some TE work. It's like you people don't even watch the fucking games. Browns ran him out of wildcat week 1 as a rookie. That alone tells how much they plan on using him.
