Who do you guys reckon is winning the Bundesliga this season?
>>
>>151023699
I'm gonna go out of a limb here, but I'm seeing Bayern in very good form this year.
>>
Controversial opinion but I’m thinking Bayern Munich. What I like most about the Bundesliga is how unpredictable it is.
>>
>>151023699
I know this is gonna be hard to believe, trust me I feel stupid for typing this, but in a massive upset it's gonna be Bayern Munich
>>
>>151023699
for me it's Mainzzzzzzzzz
>>
>>151023699
Bayern is playing against Frankfurt, Dortmund, and Leverkusen next
the table could look really grim in a few weeks
>>
>>151030553
I live here
>>
Gladbach can still make it
>>
I’ve been getting into the Bundesliga and football in general recently, what team should I support in your opinion and why?
>>
>>151030594
daaaamn. Now lets see the other farmer leagues if their top teams are performing so neck in neck at the top of the league
>>
>>151032052
the one you watched the netflix series on.
Make sure your cable subscriptions has a dedicated channel for all their league games!

Don’t need it when I can illegally stream all of the games.

I didn’t even know most of the teams had netlfix series’ lol, I got into the sport from the world cup as well as the 4cc or football manager

Your local team retard. Don't be a plastic glory hunter rooting for a team you have never seen play live
>>
>>151032265
I’m a leaf, I don’t have a local team. My city’s so small we don’t even have the MLS here
>>
>>151032330
Yeah you do. You guys have the CPL. You otherwise pick a team you can go watch live. Part of soccer is that it's a club, you go to matches and sit with the same people and get social with them. I have friends I still talk and text with regularly that I met through having season tickets to my local team 20 years ago
>>
>>151032498
Haven’t heard about the CPL before, unfortunately my province is also one of the few without a club but I will give it a look regardless. Thanks

Canada's best football player ever plays for Bayern. He's injured right now but he'll be back soon
>>
I'm thinking it's Dortmund's season to win.

Yes I seriously just typed all of this and clicked "post"
>>
Honestly think Boro would finish 2nd in the bumdesliga
>>
>>151023699
Wow, tough one to call. Tbh I think Bayern might have a pretty good shot though.

>>151032052
Don’t let anyone make that choice for you. Watch some games of various clubs, inform yourself, and then go based on sympathy and feeling. Perhaps you can also take the home city of the club into account. If this is supposed to be genuine, you have to like the club for good - no one else can do that for you
If it’s a German club, do yourself a favor and stay away from Bayern and Dortmund unless you REALLY feel like it
>>
The last years, I had my eyes on the 2nd Bundes first and foremost. It's a great league in many ways: you can watch all games with a single pay-TV offer instead of three or more, the league has great balance and is quite unpredictable, but the quality of play is still very decent. And you have many cool clubs with great fans and lots of history there
But now that my club has gotten promoted, I have to focus on the Bundesliga again. Not like I didn't watch at all these last years, but now I am a bit disillusioned. Many games are somewhat unwatchable even before we get to the absolutely insurmountable power gap. Seeing the likes of Hoffenheim and Wolfsburg up close again is disgusting. And the TV situation is appalling
I hate to say it, but the league IS in a sorry state. Bayern being this dominant obviously is the biggest issue of them all. I can't defend the league beyond "well, it's our league" and "at least we have fan ownership ... mostly" and "it's still top 4 worldwide". Another argument is that many other leagues are similarly (but not quite as) lopsided these days, but that makes it even sadder for the entire sport
>>
for me, it's dínamo de dresden, my favorite team
>>
>>151036259
OST- OST- OSTDEUTSCHLAND!
>>
>>151030594
And even if Bayern wins all those fixtures, they might only win by one goal, so ackchually the league it really competitive amirite?
>>
>>151036259
I would kill to have them in the Bundesliga instead of "RasenBallsport" Leipzig. Simply because it's a club with actual fans and good atmosphere (even though or maybe even because the fans are often unhinged). And some history. Unfortunately, they will have to fight tooth and nail to stay in the 2nd tier, which feels underwhelming for the capital of Saxony and one of our largest and most important cities
In a perfect world, we'd still be having VfB Leipzig and Dresdner SC of course
>>
>>151036356
They only beat Bremen 4:0 ... basically a tie as far as I am concerned. The race is wide open. This season's title race will be PACKED with excitement!
>>
don't care

at least bayern is strong :)

bayern is germany in europe^^

I cannot think or comprehend of anything more cucked than supporting a German club that isn’t Bayern Munich. Honestly, think about it rationally.

You are watching, cheering, supporting, and spending time for a club for your whole life so the best players can go and get bought by Bayern Munich.
All the hard work you put into your beautiful little club – shilling for the Bundesliga, paying membership, making sure to go to all the games, making up chants,
buying merchandise. All of it has one simple result: the club’s best players are more employable for Bayern Munich which will eventually win trophies with them

Supported the perfect local club? Great. Who benefits? If you're lucky, a Bavarian who has nothing to do with the rest of Germany who vaguely follows Bayern Munich.
He gets to watch your players win the Bundesliga every year. He gets the benefits of your club’s players that came from the way your club supported them on and off the pitch.

As a German who doesn’t support Bayern Munich, you are LITERALLY dedicating your whole life simply to support a club so another club can buy its best players.
It is the ULTIMATE AND FINAL cuck.
Think about it logically.

Top 4 (CL spots) and relegation race is exciting. Rest of the world only cares for the champion, whitch is understandable.
I hope mah Dortmund finishes 3rd or 4th
