Some regions within countries in sports just simply dont give a rats ass about it all because there's either not enough people living there to kickstart a local scene or they just dont care. Here we have Cordoba which is one of our most populated cities but i dont know if its the fact they drink and party too much to take sports seriously or something but the only thing of "note" they have contributed is 3 football/soccer teams that suck ass, only one of which has won a trophy in the last 20 years.
