NCAA CFB should work with a National Conference with 16 teams in two divisions (West and East) where each team play twice each other inside of respective conference (total of 14 matches) and division winners make a National Final and the other ones make the traditional main Bowls. The last-placed teams from each division get relegated to respective regional conferences. And the promotion can be made with best teams from regional conferences and independent teams to define the two promotion slots for next National Conference season.
