Luka, AR and LeBron are the only bright spots while simultaneously leaving a black hole in the defence. DA and LeBron will be the most consistent defenders who can actually score, but their motor issues need to be fixed. Even then, the best possible defence DA can run doesn't hold a candle to most of the T20 C's. LaRavia's offence isn't make or break like Trando or Smarts, but it's important that he breaks out too. No assets, fucked up every off season, only hope is Luka and AR who have also been doing the recruiting for them. Every GM is lowballing their mid assets and would rather lose them entirely than risk losing a trade. The only saving grace for this team is Luka, and he's being expected to wait two years of his prime before they fish for another superstar and contend by the time he's 28. Which is retarded because they're risking even more years of Luka's prime for what might be a bad fit. Losing to the Sun's G league call-ups is the bad omen I need to fully believe Lakers have 0 chance this year.
