Not really, he gave one Interview where he was asked about the transfer fee and congratulated Stuttgart for getting such a ridiculous fee for him. Thats the only time he spoke about him. At most I guess he hopes like the rest of us he keeps this form up until WC 26.

Why are you lying about what he was saying to heavily downplay it? He said it was a fee only an idiot would pay which very obviously downplays his quality.

I only know of the one he did for Blickpunkt Sport, which is the one I mentioned. And looking at what was said, I dont know why you think he hates him. He criticized the high fee, not the player. If he hated him, they would hardly tried to sign him themselves as a backup for Harry Kane.

It was harsh words to Newcastle transfer policy, yes. But add 10 million to the fee, and it got Buyern Harry Kane. From their perspective, the fee for Woltemade was a high overpay. He was asked what he thought of the transfer and that is his opinion, it seems. But nobody seems able to tell me where exactly Rummenigge hates him?

To be fair, he literally said that he's putting the "idiot" in "inverted commas" to allude to a colloquial saying. He didn't want to say Newcastle are idiots first and foremost, but yes, he was a bit mad for sure. He mostly wanted to express that transfers are about profits, and that Stuttgart managed to find someone who paid a very high sum, which is something that Bayern wasn't willing to do. It's well-known that Stuttgart demanded like 65 million from Bayern - primarily to keep Bayern out of contention, not because they actually wanted to sell him. And then Newcastle paid 20 million more. It does raise eyebrows from his perspective, and he can express that as he pleases. From Newcastle's perspective, it doesn't, since they ended up with so much Isak money. But Stuttgart played their cards well, and that's what the Rummenigge statement is about first and foremost.
If you say Rummenigge called Newcastle idiots, you are kind of saying a half-truth.
I don't want to defend him or Bayernfags, there was and is some butthurt there
