Do after the MLB final I tried watching some baseball. Can some American explain to me why the angle the pitches in your sport are shown from are SO FUCKING SHIT? HOW THE FUCK ARE YOU SUPPOSED TO PROPERLY SEE A CURVEBALL FROM BEHIND THE PITCHER? WHERE ARE THE ANGLES FROM THE SIDE SO YOU CAN PROPERLY SEE THE TRAJECTORY?

Third world production quality.

Side angle looks like shit unless you are looking for exactly that so they just show that as a replay sometimes
>>
If the camera was behind the pitcher, he would be blocking the view of the plate so you wouldn’t be able to see the ball unless he threw a pitch way out of the zone. Hope this helps.

… I the alternative would to put the cameramen above the batters eye and point the cameras downwards, but that’d give you a much shittier view with the pitcher at the bottom of the frame and you can’t see the vertical movement

Use your eyes bro
