Massive challenge, but probably doable with some very sturdy base structure (lines) and light-weight stuff around it. It wouldn't be worth the effort though since it would be extremely costly. In the picture here, the stars don't touch, and that's obviously impossible
The seat areas itself should be doable, but contraproductive. You can see that these areas are not steep enough so that everyone can see. Like half of the stadium isn't able to see the pitch in that model
