Liverpool and City have been the only 2 winners of in nearly 10 years. The only reason it seems that way is because they have better TV deals and the shitter teams get more money to work with on top of the fact all of their clubs are corporations so any sheik, American tycoon or some other flavor of multi-millionare can use it as their playtoy to splash cash on until they get bored of it.

In the last 10 years besides Liverpool and Man. City, Chelsea won it twice, and Leicester once.
Before that it was mostly City, United and Chelsea. That is a fairly good mix compared to most big leagues.
France had the most kino era in the 90's before Lyon took over.
