If I was in charge of football I would be testing so many different ideas and theories of the game. I always argue about penalties with friends and they consistently reveal low iq by not understanding the concept behind the reasoning for awarding penalties. E.g. That konate pk given away against Leeds, firstly the ball is going out of play, you shouldn't be able to kick the ball into a place where you can't control it and then get a penalty, secondly the equivalent punishment for that challenge shouldn't be an 80% chance at a goal.
