Was it the most forced sports debate?
>>
after jordan vs lebron
>>
>>152502707

LeBitch? That stat-padding choke artist on the Cavs?
>>
>>152502322
>most forced
No. He had a legitimate chance to be better than Brady All Time had he beat Brady in the 2019 AFCCG, 2021 SB and pulled off the 3peat, but he failed. Still had a top 3 peak ever for the QB position but isn’t in the GOAT convos anymore.
>>
>>152502757
Exactly. Anyone who watched both thought that even bringing Lebron's name up in a conversation with Jordan was absurd. But he was annointed before he even got in the league so if he was even above average a whole generation who never saw Mike was going to glaze him as the GOAT.
>>
>>152502757
Only low iq hood rats like lebron.
>>
>>152502322
No?
Mahomes mobs Brady in his 20s.
Lets see what happens in their 30s.

pissi vs penaldo

Should have never been a debate to begin with. Brady went to the Buccs after playing in the other conference in a single division on a single team for 20 years straight and won the Owl on his very first try with his new team...defeating Mahomes' team to do so. Pretty cut and dry if you ask me. Objective, even.

LeBron at least got in the vicinity of Jordan and could claim he'd done some things Jordan never did like win titles with multiple franchises.

Mahomes has nothing, literally NOTHING over Brady. Brady has twice as many rings as Mahomes does. He won rings with multiple teams. He beat Mahomes in the AFCCG game, switched conferences and then beat him in the super bowl with a different coach and completely different roster. Mahomesfags try to argue about pace and year-by year comparisons in completely different but all that's just based off statistical inflation due to rule changes. Brady's best single-season TD total is the same as Mahomes. Brady's best single-season yardage total is better than Mahomes'. When they were in the league at the same playing with the same rules Brady was just as prolific and stole 2 rings from him.

There is no basis for even suggesting Mahomes is or ever was on the same level as Brady. Everyone who tried to claim that took his best years, assumed he would reproduce those results forever and extrapolated from there in a completely implausible way. It's like someone trying to argue Giannis is better than Duncan and Shaq because Giannis will win five more titles at some point in the future and average 30ppg until he's 40. These conversation have to be based on some degree of reality and not just imagining shit that will never happen like Mahomes winning 3 or 4 more rings in his 30's with a bad knee and without Kelce or Hill or Reid in a few years.

>Mahomes mobs Brady in his 20s.

Mahomes lost to Brady twice in his 20's and never beat him in the playoffs. That's the exact opposite of mogging. You statfags are disingenuous retards. You play to win the game.
>>
Muttholmes is barely Jim Kelly tier at this point.
>>
Mahomes says his goal is seven rings, which is strange because that would put him in a tie with Brady, and two of Brady's rings were taken right off of Mahomes' fingers so Brady owns the tiebreaker. Mahomes needs at least eight rings.

Look, he'll have recovered from his ACL surgery by his age 32 season and assuming he plays until he's 40 all he has to do is win 5 rings in 8 years to surpass Brady. Totally doable
>>
>>152508958
brady bodied the the mahomes led chiefs in every game that mattered, on two different teams. no one cared about mahomes until brady retired.
>>
>>152509769
the only QB that had brady's number was that autist, Eli Manning.
>>
>>152502322
It was certainly the gayest.
>>
>>152502322
No Aaron Rodgers vs Tom Brady was. They people forget they were desperately trying to uncrown Brady until 2016 then they all knelt.
>>
>>152502322
The NFL's utter desperation to get a "black face" never made sense.
>>
>>152509769

Except Completion percentage, Rush Yards, Rush Yards Per Attempt, and pretty much everything if you compare their first 7 career years.

>Everyone who tried to claim that took his best years, assumed he would reproduce those results forever and extrapolated from there in a completely implausible way.
Way to not read the post
>>
>>152512747
I'm not suggesting that.
If I had to guess, Pat will not have the same success in his late 30s and will probably not even play as late into his 40s at all.
In fairness to what Pat has done, his 7-year initial run objectively outclasses Tom's, but everybody already knows that. What puts Tom ahead is his longevity. That being said, assuming it's over for Pat's career is pretty funny given Brady went a whole decade before winning after his 3rd ring.
>>
>>152512572
>if you compare their first 7 career years.
>>
>>152512877
mahomes play style is not conductive to playing at a high level into his 40s. he is probably done in couple more years
>>
this idea that QBs play each other like it's 1v1 is the gayest shit to ever infect nfl discussion
>>
>>152509769
you know how everyone's only argument anymore for Lebron is longevity stats? Well Jordan, as short as his career was comparitively still is number 1 all time for most 40 point games after his 30th birthday (tied with steph.) Lebron is not even top 5 on the list.

Steph just set a record for most three's in one game. Yeah, his team lost the game.
>>
brady was a game manager in the first third of his career people seem to forget that
>>
Mahomes is still better than anyone through age 30 btw

mahomo is done
brady's ring total and stats will never be touched

This isnt a debate. Belichik vs. Brady was a debate.
Mahomes vs Rodgers is a closer debate than Brady (clear-cut GOAT) vs Mahomes.

>win titles with multiple franchises.
how is jumping ship to a new superteam every time his team sucked (because Lebron was a shitty GM) supposed to be something in his favor?
