You're now aware that the Chief's dominance was a sort of esoteric humiliation ritual for the league allowing the Redskins' name change. For the American people to have the gall to change a legacy team's branding, the scriptwriters forced us to endure years of the other Native American caricature mascot utterly destroying everyone in their path. Just as Brady's Patriots was to signal New England "liberal" dominance even during the Bush and Trump years.

Of course, we've now entered a new narrative. The NFL is a form of soft propaganda, subtly shifting sentiments by signaling who the country's winners and losers are.
