Fuck Tyson Fury, his biggest wins are failing to knock out an old man and having life and death battles with a can crusher, I made good money betting against him in 2024.
But Usyk ducked Zhang. I don't care that he's double triple undisputed or whatever, a real champ cleans out the division.

B-U-M!

All three failed to clear out their divisions and retired on losses.
>>
>>152649447
I think it's impossible to compare between eras, but he is easily the best hw of this generation.
>>
>>152649616
Who did they not fight?
>retired on losses
Every great fighter loses.
>>
>>152649629
You can't claim to have cleaned out a division if a guy in that division beat you. Are you retarded?
>>
>>152649657
Everyone who isn't a duck loses eventually. At their height, they had all convincingly beaten every single legitimate competitor there was, Usyk cannot say the same.
He never will because he hardly even fights.
He's going to retire with fewer fights on his record than a bum like Marciano despite being in the easiest heavyweight era since the 1950s.
>>
>>152649675
>their height
They were all younger than Usyk is now when they retired.
>>
>>152649718
Look how many fights they had.
Besides, if they fought in Usyk's era they'd easily continue well into their 40s.
Reminder that Usyk has openly said on multiple occasions that the toughest fight of his career was Derek Chisora.
>>
>>152649765
Usyk has had 380 fights so far. More than double any of the fighters you named.
>>
>>152649447
i don't watch boxing but people on the internet say he's the champ of a super weak era. is it true?
>>
>>152649804
If sparring counts as fighting then Ali must've had more fights than any man in the history of the world.

>>152649871
He's clearly a talented boxer and the best of this generation of heavyweights, but it is a very weak era and that makes it fair to criticise him for not annihilating the entire top 10.
>>
>>152649920
Yeah lets just start counting random things as sanctioned and officiated fights just because some random hohol makes you mad.
>>
>>152649978
Usyk has not had 380 fights.
>some random hohol makes you mad
I'm not mad, I'm disappointed.
>>
>>152649871
It's true, but it's still impressive because he's pretty small for a modern heavyweight. There aren't any tough giganiggas like there were in the 90s.

>>152649920
You can count it against him, but it's normal in modern boxing to only do a couple fights a year because we know about repetitive concussion injuries now.

His 2nd AJ and Dubois fights were a waste of time, Fury rematch was warranted imo. Now Parker has lost there isn't anyone with a great claim. I'd put Kabayel top of the list, Wardley and Itauma aren't ready. Unless Itauma comes good or Opetaia comes up I can't see another undisputed coming to the fore for a while.
>>
>>152649990
350 in the amatuers
6 WSB
24 pro
---------------
380 confirmed fights.
>>
>>152650010
>it's normal in modern boxing to only do a couple fights a year
He's averaging 1 fight a year recently.
>because we know about repetitive concussion injuries now
It's actually because of money. Did Dubois even lay a glove on him in his last fight?
>Fury rematch was warranted imo
I don't care for immediate rematches personally.
I think Usyk would most likely easily beat Wardley, Itauma, Kabayel, Opetaia but he has to prove it if he wants any credit.
Who does he say he wants to fight instead? Wilder! You can't expect me to take this seriously.

>>152650025
And these 350 confirmed amateur fights you speak of, are they in the room with us now?
Or are they like the hundreds of "dude trust me bro" amateur fights that other Eastern Europeans claim to have?
>>
Fury beat Usyk twice.
>>
Did he single-handedly defend and revive the sport by shattering a disrespectful youtubers jaw and flooding panties worldwide?
Not my goat
>>
>>152650107
what the FUCK are you talking about? literally every heavyweight great is considered to have dominated a weak era except Muhammad Ali and Lennox Lewis. you dumb faggots don't even follow boxing.
>>
>>152650474
>Lennox Lewis
>dominated
