What do you think about the game of Golf? I'm slowly getting into it, but mostly because of Mario Golf.
>>152696774Been casually playing since I was in high-school in the 90s. Usually just play with business acquaintances on occasion these days. Get yourself a cheap set of clubs and go practice at a range 1st to see if you like it.
>>152696774picked it up 3 years ago, never thought I would like it but fell in love with it after going to the driving range with coworkers. I got a membership at one of the shittiest clubs in the area, 2 free buckets a day and I don’t get interrupted, I go 3-4 times a week to practice on my rest days or get some alone timelike the other anon said, buy a cheap set or get yourself a pitching wedge, 7 iron, and a 5 wood and see if you like it. Don’t go all out and invest in a set until you know you’re willing and wanting to continue. My advice is to buy those clubs and a putter on 2nd Swing and go from thereone more piece of advice: look up Danny Maude on Youtube. He’s fantastic in helping you set up properly and striking the clubs well, and most importantly, it’s free
Fun but you’re going to want to hit the ball a lot to get better. As a kid I got given my grandpa’s clubs and some practice balls and leveled up quickly hitting them in my backyard
hit the local par 3 all the time in warm weather. Not a gear junkie.
