I mean, It makes more sense to put teams like san marino and lietchestein and island faroe or wathever meme micronation european have to properly compete with vanuatu and seychelles and haiti and sri lankra than to waste time competing in UEFA.Also, makes more sense to make a tournament that is basically top 15 UEFA + top 5 conmebol for the premier nation league than having Iran and israel play and mexico play versus brazil or france.
